- dijagnostika i modeliranje procesa u niskotlačnoj induktivno-vezanoj radio-frekventnoj plazmi
- istraživanje i primjena plazmi za obradu materijala i stvaranje nanostruktura
- istraživanja plazme za spektroskopsku analizu elemenata
- prijelazne pojave i strijacije u plazmi
