The group for condensed matter theory and statistical physics is a small group of researchers at the Institute of Physics, Zagreb.  It is immersed  in the environment of experimental research that dominates the Institute. Our activity is very much influenced by strong links to experimental research, as well by local and international collaborations with theoretical and experimental physicists. Over decades the group has hosted a good number of researchers, doctorands and diploma students. The group members also serve as physics educators at the nearby Faculty of science and elsewhere.
