Croatian Science Foundation (HrZZ) and the Competitiveness and Cohesion Programme (PKK) presented the planned calls and updates for 2026.
HRZZ:
January and February – planned IP and UIP calls:
From 2026, applications will be submitted in two stages:
- short application
- invitation for the highest-rated applicants to submit a full application
February – planned DOK call, which from this year also includes postdocs.
Parallel applications to IP/UIP and DOK in the same year are possible.
During 2026, new activities are also planned, including a new cycle of researcher mobility.
